At Access Denied, we stand behind the precision and performance of our hardware. If your tech doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
Initiate Authorization
Log into your customer portal and select the 'Request RMA' option next to your order to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in its original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a valid return processing.
Shipping & Labeling
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
